In this piece, the trombones could be adversaries or companions, depending on the interpretations of the performers. Cracking accents right out of the gate, the overlapping sounds may either spark a battle to be heard or a convergence of sound, creating a machine of force.

One of the more tonal compositions, this piece intends to calm and evoke scenery of grassy fields, warmth, and the feelings of being fully immersed into nature. Gentle harmonies uplift the spirits and try to relax the energy of the audience.

Tanchaz is a traditional Romani folk style of dance music. The small arrangement of instruments combining the accessibility of woodwinds and fiddles with the incorporation of more western classical cello and piano, merge two backgrounds to bring an exciting twist to the sometimes stiffness of sitting in a concert hall. This piece intends to accept the audience as part of the performance, as dancers and participants in the act of music.
